Bride and groom sharing a romantic moment during their Morse Museum elopement

A Chic Morse Museum and Orlando, Florida Courthouse Elopement

When TikTok brings the right people into your life! She originally found me through TikTok, which I thought was so cool, and reached out about photographing her six hour elopement in Winter Park and Orlando.

From the beginning, she knew exactly how she wanted the day to feel. She wanted something darker, romantic, chic, and a little bit like, “Yeah, we know we look good.” Honestly, that is exactly what we created.

A Romantic Elopement at the Morse Museum

We started at The Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art in Winter Park. The museum and surrounding area gave their portraits such an elegant, artistic feeling that worked perfectly with the darker and more romantic look she wanted.

I really loved the energy of this part of the day. They looked effortlessly cool together, and the entire setting made everything feel elevated without taking away from who they were.

Getting Married at the Orange County Courthouse

After the museum, we traveled to the Orange County Clerk of Courts in Orlando for their ceremony. Their family joined them there, so we also had time to take plenty of family photos and document everyone celebrating with them.

That is one of my favorite things about photographing an elopement. The day can still include your family and the people who matter most to you while remaining personal and centered around the two of you.

Planning Your Own Winter Park or Orlando Elopement

Your elopement does not have to fit one specific style. It can feel romantic, chic, artistic, laid back, or like the two of you are the coolest people in every room you enter. You can visit multiple locations, bring your family along, and plan enough time to enjoy everything without rushing.

If you are planning a Winter Park or Orlando elopement and want photographs that reflect how you want the day to feel, I would love to hear what you are dreaming up.
