2. PHOTOGRAPHY INQUIRIES AND BOOKINGS
Submitting a contact form or sending an inquiry does not guarantee:
• Availability
• Acceptance of a booking
• Reservation of a date
• A particular price
• A response within a particular period
• The formation of a contract
A date is not reserved until all booking requirements stated by SnapWithSabrina have been completed. These requirements may include signing a photography agreement and paying the required retainer.
Photography services are governed by the separate agreement provided at booking. If these website terms conflict with a signed photography agreement, the signed photography agreement will control regarding the booked service.
3. WEBSITE PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Any prices, package descriptions, estimated image counts, turnaround times, travel information, promotions, or availability displayed on the website are subject to change.
SnapWithSabrina may correct typographical mistakes, pricing errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies at any time.
A website price or package description is not a binding offer unless it is included in a formal proposal or signed photography agreement.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
